"My overall experience was very good with the Jenical Williams team. Jenica was very open, honest and paid attention to details. I felt the visibility of my house was very good across multiple forms of advertising. She listed my house on the MLS, had good maps of the area with easy navigation on their website, used a drone for pics, created a virtual tour, floor plan, listed it on social media, and had multiple open houses. She also paid a lot of attention to detail on the flyer. I also felt my house and its features were the most important on the flyer, versus flyers that feel they try to sell the listing agent over the house. She made me a partner in the entire selling process and kept me well informed along the way.

Jenica also has good contacts that can help out with other items associated to selling your house such as cleaning, staging and contractors. Although that isn’t part of the contract it is nice to have access to such services. This helps make the house sell quicker and the overall experience better.
