Jenica grew up in Monterey and relocated to Sacramento in 2002 to attend Sacramento State University. She is proud to have been on the Dean’s Honor Roll and to have worked her way through school. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use affairs and is also a Licensed Broker. Starting her first job at 14, Jenica’s strong work ethic began at an early age and is apparent due to her professional achievements and client satisfaction ratings.
Jenica Williams has been in the real estate industry since 2005. Clients are number one and her team strives to provide first class service to each of them. The team’s determined attitude, high sense of urgency, and exceptional follow through ensure that they exceed their clients’ expectations on time, every time. Jenica is a hard worker, a strong negotiator and is dedicated to getting the job done!
Deanna Roth has a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence. She began her real estate career while working in administrative roles for a local broker and new home builder while attending Sierra College and California State University, Sacramento. Deanna also brings title/escrow and loan knowledge due to her past work experience with North American Title and Bank of America. By having worked in many of the industries that are connected with real estate, Deanna has developed a solid foundation and brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction.
Deanna is dedicated to helping clients achieve their property goals with integrity and professionalism. Deanna is equipped to guide first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors and homeowners through every step of the process ensuring a successful experience.
Ashley Zepernick originally began working with The Jenica Williams team in 2020 as a transaction coordinator, where she gained knowledge about the real estate industry and transaction process. Ashley earned a bachelor of arts degree in Public Relations with minors in Psychology and Child Development from California State University, Chico in 2008. After college, Ashley worked at a public relations firm, a trade association management firm, in the business development department of an architectural and engineering firm and in the communications department of the Raley’s corporate office.
Ashley uses her background in communications, marketing and social media to support The Jenica Williams Team in a variety of administrative functions to ensure we exceed client expectations.
Julian Aguilar, real estate transaction coordinator, has been in the real estate industry since 2019 starting out as a real estate agent. He then fell in-love with real estate contracts and decided to get a certification in real estate contract law. Julian became a full time transaction manager at Keller Williams in Elk Grove which then helped him launch his own transaction business. With Julian’s background in hospitality and real estate transactions he creates very flexible, professional and enjoyable real estate transactions.
Rita Hanisch-Dunbar is the proud owner of Hanisch Designs, an Award-winning Staging and Home Styling business near Sacramento founded in 2021. Rita has 25+ years in design, merchandising and home styling. She uses her skills to help homeowners and real estate agents sell their properties faster, for more money and increase the perceived value, by making the homes look their absolute best.
Rita also specializes in owner occupied home staging, which means the home remains occupied during the selling process and she works with most of the existing furnishings and decor. When you list your home with The Jenica Williams Team, you will receive a complimentary home staging consultation with Hanisch Designs.
Steffanie Sharp is a Senior Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title. She handles everything regarding paying off your loan, the title report to be sure we can issue clear title to your home, and making sure you get your proceeds once the sale is final (the most important part ).
