She listed my house on the MLS, had good maps of the area with easy navigation on their website, used a drone for pics, created a virtual tour, floor plan, listed it on social media, and had multiple open houses. She also paid a lot of attention to detail on the flyer. I also felt my house and its features were the most important on the flyer, versus flyers that feel they try to sell the listing agent over the house.
